Ricardo Landaburu, President

Ricardo began his career as Assistant Vice President of Merrill Lynch for ten years, where his first-hand understanding of the great responsibility of managing the performance of assets and investments of clients formed his strong work ethic and loyalty to clients. During this time, he also developed and managed a commercial cleaning division. In 1991, he realized there was a strong need for a hospitality cleaning company in the Valley and he opened ServQuest a housekeeping service company for overnight services. In 2020, Ricardo again saw a need in the hospitality cleaning industry for a focused and specialized cleaning company and RHousekeeper was born. RHousekeeper and its predecessors, for 30 years have been managing housekeeping services for resorts and time share properties in multiple states on the West Coast. Ricardo is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Arizona Lodging & Tourism Association, for over 10 years.

Alicia Oros, Vice President of Services & Field Operations

Alicia joined our company in 1995 as Area Manager and was soon promoted to Vice President of Operations. Her primary focus is to ensure operations standards and communication between our clients and our management team. Alicia’s 26 years of hospitality housekeeping service has made her a key member of our leadership team. A developer not only of operational standards, but Alicia has also developed a division that serves universities, university dorm turn services, event venues, and stadiums. The Arizona Lodging & Tourism Association has recognized Alicia for her leadership in supporting hospitality Industry causes.
